Hello everyone,I already have a couple of shots entitled 'Looking down', so I had to think of an alternative picture for the theme today.

Here we are at the Eden Project in Cornwall, looking down on to the stage of the Raconteurs concert, performing their final song.
As the daylight faded, the Bi-omes were illuminated by different coloured lights, which gave a surreal feel to the environment.
We had a warm, clear July evening for the outdoor concert, and as you can see the clouds were scudding by;it was 10.30.pm.

The music was fantastic, a very enjoyable way to spend a Sunday evening.Jack White and friends were greatly appreciated by the audience.

Hope that you like it, thanks for looking.

Hi Jean
I love the colours in the domes. I am going there in a few weeks. Do they always light up the domes or was it because there was a concert there? I love the sky.

Jean Hi;
Wonderflul theme presentation, even has a bit of an abstract feel. The colors are impressive and the creative thinking for the theme is very good.
Congratulations, I hope you have an excellent weekend.

Hello Jean

You seem to have a little camera shake here, the shutter would have been open for a while and its always best to use a tripod for this style of shot. Having said that the movement does not detract from the wonderful scene, it reminds me of a space movie, good colour and an interesting POV with nice notes too

TFS and for joining in the theme

Kind regards Helen

Hi Jean

This does look beautiful and surreal with the wonderful shapes and great colours. Nicely composed. I must visit this one day

Hi Jean,
This is a very original posting from the Eden project. I did not know that had these cool lights in the evening. Its a pitty that you have some movement due to the low shutter speed.

Niek

Hi Jean,
What a cool concert that must have been.
I haven't heard of the Eden Project, but I imagine its something to do with tropical gardens judging by the name.
I'm guessing this was taken hand-held with no tripod available ?
Obviously it could have been a lot brighter and sharper with a tripod and a longer (say 2 sec) exposure.
Still,a pretty trippy look :)
Cheers
Steve
