[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
During our meeting we visited with Hans, on the island of Noirmoutiers, a greenhouse butterflies.
For me, first, I had never been in a place devoted to butterflies flying freely around the visitors. Beautiful.

A first also for a photograph of an insect in flight or nearly as this Leuconoé, was among those that are easiest to shoot, for the most remuants see shots of GreenBaron TL will in the future :O)

Leuconoé: Papillon originating in the tropics (Philippines), sub-species of Idea leuconoe gordita.
Of the family of Danaïdes which carry up to 300 species. Their geographical distribution is very broad especially as some species migrate. The Danaïdes have bodily fluids or toxic pestilentiels fired plants their caterpillars feed.
This nymph butterfly tree is a large species lépidoptère the colour white and black, the wings very developed compared to the small size of his body. This species lives in tropical forests of south-east Asia and can not survive outside the forest or in captivity, raised in greenhouses like the one we visited.

Corinne Hi:
Wonderfully beautiful butterfly of nature.
Marvelous colors and contrast of colors with an excellent

Dear Corinne,
You succeed rather well with this picture of the delicate black & white butterfly on the colourful flower. I know how hard it is to capture these agile creatures ad you did well! Good memories of our day on the of Noirmoutiers :-)
Big hug from the Baron.
Hans

Superb capture of this "Rice Paper" Butterfly. I love the unusual PoV and the composition, with the stem emerging from the corner, is superb

Lovely shot of a tree nymph - great details, good colours in the flower and excellent control of exposure to maintain the details in the white wings.
Thanks for sharing
Mark

Many thanks for the good wishes. The older we become the longer it takes to heal or maybe I am just impatient.
