Great b&w picture - contrast is perfect: the tonal range is smooth and complete.
I might have been tempted to clone out the bottle and boy to the right of the picture, to maintain the focus on the surfers, but thats being really picky.

Another excellent shot in your surfing series. Good choice of the BW. Solving conflicts by sporty competitions is a great idea. Alas not many cultures were/are as peaceful as this.
