[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Howdy folks,

Last saturday we had our anual personell outing with the company and we went to the beach!
We started a bicycle tour from Alkmaar to the beach on tandems (double bikes). 34km full against the wind! Boy what a fight!

On the beach we could attent several activities such as rafting, kiting, beachvolleyball and a few things more...
After all that we enjoyed a lovely meal and I must say that all of us had a real great time!

What you see here is the setting sun and a bush of... whatever it was, that was in a vase at the beach club.

Hello Anneke. I like this composition very much. The bush as the subject gives the whole scene a sense of movement, while the colors from the sunset makes it very pleasing. Thanks for sharing!

Truly a stunning composition here
I love the depth of colour, but it is your PoV/ composition that is most striking. The grasses are nice and sharp and provide a wonderful foreground (and frame) to your delightful sunset shot

Nou dat klinkt uitstekend - het was ook precies één van de weinige goede dagen.
Jeetje wat een fietstocht tegen de wind in - het lijkt Texel wel.
Anneke, ik moest gelijk aan een oude foto van mij denken - only I flew over the ocean to see a sunset like this.
O yes, my plant did grow in the sand and yours (no idea what kind it is) in a vase.
