Good evening peeps

Todays image is the second in a short series taken of the apples this year as they ripen in the garden. The flowers did not do so well this year but the weather really has suited the fruits.

Image cropped slightly and I wanted to leave this apple central, resized and text added in Photofiltre. No framing again today as I didn't think this one needed it.

Hope your all having a good weekend peeps

TTFN

kind regards Helen

Hello Helen,
a very nice (and tasty, I suppose) apple to eat before going to sleep ;)
Excellent shot, beautiful colours! The apples look - just like real apples :))
TFS and best regards,

Hahaha! Inspired no doubt by my apples :)
These are, of course, much nicer. Cheers from Canada Janos

Hi Helen,
great image, so fresh and tasteful,
excellent idea and realisation my friend...and now,
GIVE ME ONEEEE.... :):):)

Bonjour Helen,

Aprés "les jolies jambes", tu nous tentes avec ces jolies pommes merveilleuses de saveur et riches en couleurs, sublimées par les gouttes de la pluie ou de l'arrosage!!!
Amitiés
Odile

Yes I am. Very tempted. Your picture is so real, as if my screen is a window to your garden. Well done. The drops just add to the freshness. By the way, here in Brussels, we had the opposite, the flowers are blooming non stop. Cheers for now,
Vicky

Hello Helen,

I think the cropping, adding such attention to the fruit, is perfect!
Superb details and how appetising they look!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Helen , lovely photo of these apples , the water drops make it look very refreshing :-) , very nice color and lighting with a well chosen field depth.

is that a small spiders web I see between the apple and the branch :-)) ? gee if you happen across a apple tree spider you will certainly have to post a photo :-)) so I know to plant one myself ;-)

regards
Art

Hi Helen

I'm tempted! Wonderful symmetry of the 2 delicious looking apples. Excellent dof color & sharpness. Tfs!

Nice closeup of the apple. We have 4 apple trees (well, we lost one this summer), and we have more than we know what to do with, so they are just falling to the ground to rot (and for the dogs to eat and play with). Pretty shot with the water droplets!
Tracy

This one is really beautiful Helen - very difficult to capture a wet apple when the sun is shining - great job - looks about ready to eat.
