Seems like a lovely town for a visit, Bram.
I like the partial desaturation you used here, and the PoV is quite good. In general I'd say a bird or two with motion blur like this adds some dynamics to a shot. But here there are just way too much pigeons, and I really find them quite distracting.

I love the composition and PP here. Tones are great and give an old look. I have to agree with Frank about the pigeons, they take to much attention from this lovely architecture.
