Those Romans could build bridges that last thousands of years while ours can last one hundred years.(LOL)

This photo is what I call bucolic. Eventhough Bath has become a large city, such a photo makes it look like a small place to live. I love those old structures and Romans bridges are particularly interesting because of the material they used and the shape they have. I also love their reflection on the surface of the water, here, the Avon I presume. Lovely vegetal framing and nice background with the steeple in the background.

Although I would also be greedy to see the church in full but your title and the bridge with its attractive reflection version makes a fine feature here. Especially the arch is in shadow and becomes a ring.

Wow, this is really beautiful. Very well captured and indeed captivating. And thanks a lot for mentioning my name, coz i really like Bath and its environs.
The reflection is perfect and the colours are soft and subtle. The lighting is well managed and exploited at impressive angle. The framing by the tree branch make this shot really outstanding.
There are so many interesting and excellent elements in this great composition.
If a piece of drawing you can paint it from your thought, but in photography it is very much different.
You really make it beautiful in such a great shot.Hope i can make a revisit to Bath one day.
