[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken this morning a few short miles away from my home town, in a village called, Thornley.

I'm really into these duo toned images at the moment, the boost it gives an image from standard B&W is great, IMO anyway's. The shot was handheld in full manual at ISO 100, F/10 1/160 second. I metered for the sky in F10 then the shade in F10 and also the bright spots on the ground at F10, I then worked out an average shutter speed to give a good all round tolerance of brightness levels.

Thanks for looking.

PP resized from RAW, B&W conversion via channels, toned via variations, resharpened and slight border via stroke method.

Hi Dean,
Excellent capture. The sepia tone works very and creates a fine mood. The same for the shadows, which make the image even look a bit misterious! Just can say I like this picture my friend.

That is some of the best Sepia work I have seen on this site Dean.
This shot is also a superb choice for this type of treatment.
Great mood and light, well exposed.
Nicely done.

Fantastic work here Dean! I'm adding this to my light theme because that bit of light across the grass is just amazing! I do like the tilt here, it makes the shot really cool, love your sepia tones, excellent sharpness! Just a great shot over all!
