[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Cold winter morning in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The way it was done I took the shot in RAW, processed it twice once for the foreground and the other background. Superimposed the two in CS3, then layer masked and highlighted the best of the two shots, increased Saturation in parts and dodge certain areas to get the desired effect.

WOW! I'm adding you to TWO of my themes! One is an award for this fantastic shot! Amazing! Would love more NOTES on this, so I know how you did it! Is it HDR? Also, you are being added to my "light" theme! I love how the light hits the reeds! The frosty grasses are incredible! One of the BEST I've seen in a while!

Hello Faramarz,the light coming through the hedge and shining on the frost coated grass is very beautiful.
I don't begin to understand the PP work,but you did an excellent job.

this is a beautiful shot from up far north of England. The winter morning is really lit up by the light and has a lovely feel to it. Soft and hazy bg with thefg pin sharp. Excellent work
