Hi Joni,
Sorry about your loss. Pets always tend to be part of the family dont they, and losing them can be hard. I do like this shot-good way to remember your friend. You can see her lovely eyes, and her shock of balck is wonderfully contrasted aginst the colourful garden.

Hello Joni,

Photographs hold more than images and that is why this shot feels so good.

I copied the shot into PSE and added poster edges in the artistic options. It makes your photograph look like a painting. It would be great to print a pp example and have it on the wall. A wonderful memory jogger ... once the hurt has receded.

I can't post the w/s as I have had my quota for today but you might enjoy experimenting.

sory about your loos. Photography is very good because it is inspired by a deep feeling love and sorrow. Your photography it,s kind of beautiful epitaph.

what toot is no more? so sad to hear that, Joni.. so sorry to hear your lost.. i fee bad about it.. i don't think i can cope if my beloved cat is no more.. hope in time you will feel much better and think of her without feeling like you been cut.. tfs..

Tootie. Loosing a member of family or a dear friend is the worst thing of all. I know I lost my mom recently...Les doux souvenirs sont tissés de moments magiques passés avec les êtres aimés...

Sorry for your loss, I defninetly know how it feels,the emptiness will eventually go away but you never forget. I know it would not replace Toots but getting another one really helps heal and you are doing a favor by adopting another one.
