Hi Henri,
Looks like a fairly simplistic lifestyle. The direction of the roof is quite interesting. Good exposure from the natural light, the wide-angle lens has fit everything in nicely, given the space you had to work with. Good job.

Your composition is very nice. I like the close crop on the curtains. They make for a very original frame. The wide angled view is a very good and sensible choice. The yellow colours and the subtle reflections on the floor are soothing to the eye. Like the ceiling.

Very intriguing shot. Nice use of wide angle, an splendide perspective. Well exposed, with correct colors and contrast.Nice open shadow area, and good control over the highlights, specially around the window area. Dealing with the whites in highlights, ain't obvious..))) Luminous and mysterious. Good work. I like it very much.

Monk c'est bien singe en francais ?
Si tout les singes avaient une chambre comme celle-ci ....

Mais je ne sais comment l'exprimer en langage photographique mais la lumière est géniale, on a l'impression que la photo est quasi noir&blanc (mais je vois bien que non) avec ce jaune lumineux qui réhausse le tout. Les contrastes sont excellents.

Une très jolie photo artistiquement réussie

Bonjour Henri,

Cette pièce nous offre une parfaite désaturation où seul le jaune a su garder sa place!!!
Joli jeu de lumière avec cette porte fenêtre sur un extérieur de verdure, un ensemble sobre qui plairait à plus d'un lors d'une remise en question sur sa foi!!!

En vignette j'ai cru voir une desaturation partielle... mais non ....
Mais pourtant on en dirait bien une.

J'aime cette composition , ce cadrage qui donne un certain graphisme à cette pièce qui a du cachet.

La chambre jaune.... Non, je sais, j'extrapole....

Pas évident de gérer la lumière en contre-jour comme ça, mais tu le fais très bien puisque même l'intérieur de l'alcôve reste bien visible. Je deviendrais bien moine tiens !

Salut Henri,

Assez déroutant cette perspective. C,est à se demandé si tout est droit et que le Sigma fait le reste ou si c'est déjà tout croche d'avance?

Je ne sais pas si tu travailles en RAW? Sinon essaies, tu pourraies ainsi récupérer les hautes lumières extérieures et les ombres au-dessus du lit.

Depuis que j'ai essayé le RAW, je ne fais pratiquement rien d'autre sauf pour des photos de moindre intérêt.

De façon générale, c'est net, bien exposé pour les tons moyens. Bravo

OHHhhh j'ai fais exactement la même !!!
le seul détail, c'est la table au milieu... moi je ne l'avais pas
j'aime bien ce côté clair/obscure ça nous plonge bien dans l'atmosphère du lieu
