I am taking a break from portraits...

Here's a picture of daisies during my Scandinavian trip. I experimented with my 12-24 lens as I set it down on the ground looking up at the sky to catch these proud and lively flowers. I like the results so much considering the fact that i cannot look at the LCD. Yesterday, i posted a colored shot of daisies from the same POV (but different picture) in TL. Thought I must share this with you here.

Have a good weekend everyone...well mine is starting here after my last class (an hour ago) today.

(I don't know which state is Karlstad.)

Hi Manuel,
Excellent sharpness and contrast, nice low angle shot on daisies. Sepia is unusual but give a terrific mood. I like it!

I think your breack from portraits are great...
And this is great as yours delicate giants....
Paolo

Nice! I've seen the colour version yesterday and it looked good too. This is PP that's more usual for you, or your portraits I guess :)
Excellent POV and composition! You really need two thumbs up for this because you couldn't use swinging LCD (I can't figure out why they can't make them swing for SLR camera's, that feature helps me a lot with my cheaper Oly!). Great "colors" and tones, they made this calm photo very dramatic.
Great job! Have a good weekend!

Regards
Robert

Hi Manuel,
Very nice picture. Great composition and a fantastic POV. I like the use of the sepia tones. Well done

Hi Manny, your flowers are as good as your portrait photos. Excellent POV showing the flowers from below. The white petals contrast well with the darker sky and leaves. Well shown.

A different style from you today Manny. I like it very much. Great low point of view and very well done considering your LCD doesn't rotate. I like the colour tones of both images.
Typo: TL should be TE :)

Hi Manuel,
I like it very much, even if I like the one on TE a bit more.
Beautiful picture with great lightning and great POV.

This is very good shot....love the way you shoot. A very artistic way of looking at a subject.

It looks just beautyful. Composition is very good, and the contrast & exposition is fantastic either. With sepia tones sky with white clouds looks great!!!!
