I spotted this huge cactus and liked its strong lines. I shoot it backlit with the setting sun and added a red fill layer in Color mode later in PP to creat the mood of the late hot dusk somewhere deep in mexican desert.

Really very good. You have achieved the effect admirably.
Simple black frame is a good choice. I would have been tempted to over-do it.

Hi Vsevolod excellent shot, with strong colours and a beautiful cactus shadow!
great light too.
thanks, ciao

Very nice contrast and quite original to use a cactus for this shot. I suppose the cactus was straight and you tikted the photo (I can also see that the clouds are tilted), but here makes a quite good effect, like the contrast usually taken of palm trees.

Privet, Seva.

First association: giant fork and hell. How's that for a morning imagination? :)

Love this image: PP, POV, and all other acronyms applicable to this photo are excellent. :)

Molodets!
Katya

I like the superb graphism which is enhanced by the rich colours of your post processing.

The nit-picky me might suggest a horizontal flip but I guess this looks just as nice even with out it.

This is a nice one, Vsevolod. Yes, 'molodets' is the word. :) The tones and contrasts are great. Technically, not much to add. Good job!

Hi Vsevolod!
Lovely capture with nice PP work and framing :)
The PoV is perfect with the sun behind the forked cactus..
Good job :)

Cheers!

p.s. the red fill seems to have added some jaggedyness to the cactus which somehow doesn't make the cactus look its normal thorny self :P

I like the sillehout against the red sky. Good job.

Don

Nice shot with beautiful colours Vsevolod. Great POV showing the cactus like a hand reaching for the sky.
Well done!
