Hi ME ;) Nice work here! I love all the rich deep reds and the amount of shadows and tones here. The close-up point of view, looking into the paper strawberry creates a beautiful abstract work and I love all the patterns with the diamond shapes. I might have tried for a slightly heavier tilt OR would have just taken the shot with the diamonds going perfectly straight across, for balance. I love though the shadows that show heavier at the left, with the right side more illuminated. The clarity and focus are pretty good, and I like the metering and exposure. I used to love playing with those paper fruit decorations at parties! TFS!

Great observation!
It's an excellent play of light and shadow on the patern full of surface who pay in a very harmonious way, the game of clarity ind blur nuances!

Fascinating! My eyes are pulled deep into the recesses of these honeycomb shapes. Where are the red bees? Or the red honey? Oh, I almost forgot...it's a strawberry...LOL! Great macro subject and well done:)

Good idea and well taken but I think it works better in b&w, the red being too strong and distracting.

Great compo. Intense red gradations, render the whole very intimate.
Makes me think about a heart with the inside of a bee-hive...:)

Nice work!
