[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an old picture of two equally old Cyprus buses , well even by now if they are still in use ( i believe they are ... these two possibly , why not)! these buses must be about 40 years old , anyway i feel nostalgic today and thought of sharing a good moment captured during a trip to this wonderful island in 1995. Taken somewhere in the Troodhos hills north of Limassol with my old Minolta x-700 ( still have it ...),a scanned print , played with curves , left some noise in it, it looks more authentic and sure looks like a 25 years old scan too , he he !

Critiques [Translate]

Your 'date taken' says 1995 but the note says 1985 ... ? I presume it is the latter.

I do like this. It doesn't bother with technicalities like including every part of the bus, you have simply captured the essential subject and delivered it with good DOF and sharp detail.

Hi Carol, I like this. It looks like it could be an old postcard, or a scene from a movie shot in Cyprus. One of my grandfathers was from Cyprus. I hope to get there one day. He was from the Greek sector.
