This was taken in an old monastary in Cyprus.
On the tour over the island, we also saw the statue of Archbishop Makarios, who lead the island fot many years.

Beautiful, Joop. The framing and composition are very good - I particularly like the small amount of colour introduced by the roses. The painting effect is well executed - how was it done?

Nice photo, great post production :)
Same question as David Jenkins, What did you used to do it ? :)

Interesting pp work,Joop! Did you manage to draw the details with a black pencil directly on the print or did you do it through the photoshop programm? The result looks fine except for the balcony bars.I would have drown it more carefully! Overall,it is a nice creation! Michel

Very nice picture Joop...it looks like a painting after using photoshop. Very restful composition I like the soft braun tints and the pink of the flowers gives this one that little bit extra.

looks like you've painted the outlines by hand, very original PP , like the composition and the effect Joop !!

Haast een pentekening. Vindt vooral de rozen (of stok rozen) het erg goed doen beneden de trap. Mooi in opbouw en goede sfeer gepakt.

Nice composition and very interesting PP work...
