Only the lonely
I remember the year 2000 very well in that year I was really traveling the world
France, India, Nepal, Cyprus, Israel, Egypt to name a few.
Lucky I carried my cameras. Now I am converting the film to digital and found a new enemy
Called dust.

Hi Ruud,\
This could be a good cover photo for Lonely Planet Guidebook. I have always been a big fan of tree photos. This is well composed. I also have the same dust problems with old film photos. Best regards. Danilo

Hi Ruud,
I like this nice composition with the shape of this tree and it's position in the frame. The colors and sharpness are excellent.
I agree with you dust is continously in my photos and I need to clean my captor about once a month if I shoot a lot.
Greetings.
Luc

Hi Ruud

Stark, gaunt, simple, & powerful. Tfs!

Dang dust keeps getting on my lenses and filters too! It's a epidemic! Nice shot! A nice tune in my head now of Roy Orbison!

Good compostion, Ruud! I love lonely trees; they make so interesting subject. This one, with the sea as a background, is a good example. Well done!

Hallo Ruud.
Erg mooi bomen fascineren altijd, vorm en kleur is altijd mee te werken. Je kan zien waar de wind meestal vandaan komt.

Dust - yes, a bad enemy. So I'll ignore the sky problem and concentrate on the composition.
Well composed, the tree on its own looks really impressive. Good one Ruud,
Janice
