exposure time = 44 min
this picture is result of 6 shots with 10 or 5 min exposure time, that merged in photoshop.
yes I use tipod, I frogot it. (correct it)
yes bulb setting with remote contral.
the palms are not so blury beacause real expoxure time is 10 min for them not 44 min.
I took this picture from roof and the light is light of house from windows. |

nice capture mani well done.
Gosh, this is some great shot.
44minutes??
Wow!
Some great and long exposure time.
Tell us some more about this great experimental shot.
I bet you used a tripod, but how did you manage a 44 min exposure time? A bulb setting? If so, never knew it could take so long.
What's also nice here is that even the long exposure time the palms are not so blurry as I would expect them to be.
BTW, where is the light coming from?
Tom
This is amazing to see so many stars in a circular pattern with the 44 minute exposure. Great idea and you have succeeded well.

Hi Mani
Excellent piece of Astro-photography! It's so much fun playing around with the "Bulb" setting on a camera. I use to do the same years ago with an old camera, but unfortunately my new camera only has a max shutter speed of 30seconds. After looking at this photo, I think I might have to get another camera with Bulb on it. Thanks for sharing this great shot! Great colours!
Cheers
Tony
