Hallo Bahare,
Next time climb on someone's shoulders so you can catch more of the mosque. Then lose (crop) the biggest part of the road and use the straightening button to put the tower right. I use free downloaded programm Picasa2 but don't know if you have access to a computer all that much. Then lose the road while looking throught your lens.
