I don't see a note, but it appeared too indistinct and the lines are like smeared paint. I think more variety in the shot would have been better.

Very nice Saeed. Excellent job. I have been fascinated by blurred images such as this but never seem to be able to pull it off. You have enough detail to see what it is while obtaining a great, effective blurred appearance.
