Maryam,
With no note, it's very difficult to understand why you would post this photo. I do not want to discourage you but I'll suggest some ways to improve this photo and future posts here on Trek Lens.
Leave some sort of note. It always helps us to understand why you took the photo, why you posted it and what kind of feedback you would want.
The flash that you used made the cats eyes too yellow.
I also think you posted this too small at 534 x 418. you can post up to 800 wide. That might have given a file size big enough to see.
The undercarriage of the car is not very interesting or detailed and it's a huge amount of negative space.
I imagine with the point slinging going around that you'll get a ton of points for this, after all, the second critiquing member here
is passing them out like hotcakes!

Exactly what Scott said,

honestly this has no redeeming photographic qualities and there isnt much of anything interesting going on here.

Sometimes I just dont understand. Makes me question if I should even be taking pictures at all...
