This is an interesting pose and it seems to tell a story. It would be nice to see a note from you explaining what you were thinking when you took this picture.

I think this is excellent b&w work, and I like your use of blurring to bring the focus in on the lady. My one suggestion would be to make a more gradual fade from the blurry to the sharp, because it seems a bit unreal when it suddenly goes from blurry to sharp.
