Cool colors. Interesting mood. I like it. I think with a person waiting in a chair would really add a lot to the photo. But it is nice. Welcome to TL! JP

Welcome to TrekLens Omid. This is a nice first photo. I like the diagonal composition. I hope the patient is OK. Maybe if you crop a part of the foreground, it would bring more attention to the chairs.

This photo does a good job of displaying the mood of a place like the ICU. The colour is nice and I like the two spotlight effects on the wall from the ceiling lights.

Two things keep it from being quite sad (although of course some sadness remains). One is the bright pink lettering in the top right, which I love. The other is the cat. Cats are just the kind of creature to stay calm when someone's in the ICU and remind you that yes, it's important, but so is dinnertime.
