[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Last winter, I had a wonderful trip to a desert called "Lout" located in south-eastern Iran.
The most amazing part of this desert is the "city" of "Kalouts". Not a real city ofcourse. For centuries people thought it's a city of ghosts. But now we know there is no ghosts living there!!! .
It's only an incridible formation out of sand and water.Actually this city is formed with wind and water (rain) erosions. Strong and lengthy wind and raining causes the erosion so soil particles are removed and Kalouts are formed in various shapes that each could remind you of different objects in the real world. For example I think this one is like a bird, I called it "The Land Scout".
