Mmm... I don't know about this one, Saeed. I can see what you want to express, but more from the note than from the picture, I'm afraid. For me the colour filter you used only partly here (from the horizon on up) doesn't work, as the bottom part is untouched by it and therefore too bright.
IMO this would have been better converted to b&w and then increasing the contrast dramatically.
But... that's just my 2 cents.

As for the message: it would be such a beautiful world if there were no more wars, armed conflicts, crime, violence and famine...
