Welcome to TL community. Your post entry of this plant macro shot is interesting.
This shot has good focus, sharpness and color. A great pity your note is not telling us much more about it.
Perhaps I would sharpen a little and add some saturation/contrast. To see some of my comments made about how to improve photography work, click this link on my comments.
It is a good shot and you will do well by improvement on your presentation, especially the size of 800pixel and limit to 300kb. Try to download irfanview from http://www.irfanview.net and use it to EDIT your photos before upload posting.
