Somewhere in the backalleys of Arbil, there is a whole block of sweatshops and garages where these guys fix any car you canthink of. 50 degrees Celsius. All these guys went abroad during Anfall, or later, tried to build up a futire in Europe. Now they are back voluntarily, or kicked out by Europe. Picking u their lives as before, tryning to make a living in Iraq.

Strong photo accompanied by a good narrative. I think the contrast is a bit on the strong side; although it does not conflict with the subject.
Let us hope that they reach what they are hoping for...

Strong social photography. Dirt clothes and unshaved faces, what does a social photographer need more?
I agree with bc the path, that the picture is somehow overcontrasted. You can see it at the white colours of the shirt. Maybe you can fix it and do a repost, cause it attracts too much from the subjects.
At last, i prefer this picture in b/w!!
