this is clear and you caught the rooster in a great pose...nice choice of framing too....perhaps a bigger size? and maybe you could focus more by creating a little depth of field. i tried a workshop..not very well done because of time factor, just a rough idea. hope you like it. thanks for sharing:)

What a cocky rooster! Good shot! Yes, it could be little bit lighter and it's cropped a bit too tight, and more DOF might (or might not) help, etcetera, but none of that really matters, because you captered a very expressive moment: "Who the hell d'you think you are to be bothering me like that, hey?"
