Shalom Dmitry, well looks like its a small town , small are nice, but i question your decision on the slant, looks like the town is going to fall on pages of TL..

i agree with the previous post. was there a purpose to the tilt? sometimes photographers shoot a particular shot at an angle in order to highlight a unique perspective. this night shot does look nice but there are a couple of things that could be done to make it even better. first i would level the horizon. then i would crop out alot of the dark sky above. i know there are a few stars here and there but alot of it is just dark space. by cropping that part of the picture out and keeping it wide, you turn it into a panoramic looking shot. give it a try and see how it turns out.
