The Fish
The pictire shows a crown squirrel fish (Sargocentron diadema). It was taken at the Eilat Underwater Observatory.
Technique
It is quite difficult to take pictures at the aquarium: light is low and colored, white balance is problematic. To get the colors right, I used curves adjusting independently each channel (R,G,B). I wish I had shot this picture in raw mode. |

Hi Tibi
Verry well done. Great sharpness, nice colours and exposure. Would be intersting if you could tell what kind of fish it is.

Hi Tibi,
You've done a pro. job as far as I'm concerned. I don't have the any idea yet to approach the aquarium shots.
Many thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Albert.
This is a very beautiful picture with lovely colors. I know what you mean about the difficulty. I myself have been trying and still haven't managed to get one good photo of my fish.
