Hello David,
Wonderful feeling of space and movement ("waves" of the road). However, I think the wavy effect could still be stronger without the horizon. Colours could be more contrasted too. I did a WS to show you what I mean.
Anyway, I like it!

This is interesting, also because of the tele compression, good lines in the composition and fine colours!
