These tulips were really the last this season in Jerusalem. And the "brick" sign instead of the moon seems to say "No more tulips this april".

I like the very dramatic lighting contrast of this shot. The darkest black is a nice setting for your "death" theme of this photo. I am glad you chose to keep the street sign because it adds a lot of interest to the shot and creates a nice breathing space between the main subject and the sign.
