Hello Moni,
I find this image definitely has some interesting elements, especially the lighting is very well done, there is good balance between the sky and the water. Color and texture are agreeable to look at.
On the side of composition, I do regret that the apparent subjects in the picture, the sun and the fishermen are on the far edges, leaving a lot of dead space in the middle.
