Hello Tibi,
The catfish looks like an alien invader from a horror movie;)
They look odd, but they taste great. We had a beautiful meal of sweet and sour catfish in Beijing a few years back...mmmmm.

In the Midwestern part of the United States these garbage eater are considered a delicacy and are served deep fried.
Great fun for the kids to feed. Is that the natural color of the water?
