dear Tibi,
surely this macro space looks unusual, a little fierce impression...like animal's organs, your "the throat of a roaring lion" is proper.
anyway, beautiful pink inner space of the orchid this is, its colors and curved shape are very well captured, and 3D structure is nicely expressed in this image.

I very much like that the central orange is nice and crisp. Good use of flash too. Good to see such a close-up. Orchids are our favourite flowers. In fact we went on a hike recently for the sole purpose of hunting wild orchids. They are small and very micro-climate specific -- but when you find them, they are wonderful. Well seen and captured.
