as a picture, these stripes, both horizontal and vertical, make rich space in this high contrasted B&W view.
and in it the round back figure of the man can tell us lots of his stories and his feelings of life...
but now this moment, he feels good obviously, in this corner of the cafe.
this his time looks quite like as the time of "Les joueurs de cartes" of P. Cezanne, in my feeling.
