Good work,Suzy.Beautiful colours . The silhouette of the tree looks slightly unnatural,cos of the symmetry.And another mild distraction is the placement of one of the hurricane lanterns ,in the bottom left side. It looks as if a portion of the lamppost itself broke apart, but somehow its still held together !. Except for this minor "glitch", this is a beautiful work. Keep posting more :)

ehehehe I must correct someone's critique...you don't have good fantasy, you have AMAZING fantasy. I should know it by now ;) Anyway, good too see your work again. It's pretty boring around here without your 'Suzy style' images, my dear. ;) And believe me, I like your style.

OK...time to go down to business. I see you decided to experiment with mirror effect this time. Good...I like the idea and I like the result. It gives this sense of illusion - what is reality and what is not?...lovely colours of the sunset and wonderful silhouettes of the tree. Good idea to include that lamp in the composition.

What a symbolic post for dedication to such a wonderful person.No doubt Selahttin is an icon here at TL.he is a source of energy and guidence for begginers and new comer.A generous person who is always forthcoming in his critiques,workshops and comments.A person with an individual and unique style in photography and frankly I call it Tanburi school of thought in composition and presentation.No doubt he desrve that we refer this style with his name and association.Your choice of subjects are wonderful a tree which is a shelter for the people an icon for students,the lights and reflections all have verry well chosen to summerise the personality through the eyes of an artist and photographer.I congratulate you for such a wonderful post dedicated to a person of this stature.This post will remain with me as one of my fav and keep reminding me the way a great artist praise another great artist.TFS

A very original work dedicated to our friend, Selahattin, the lucky person!
Impressive reflection of the solo tree and the sillhouette effect brings great charm to this picture. A very eye-catching work. the sharpness and the POV is simply ideal. To keep the lantern on the side was a cvery good decision. Everything seems to be on the right place. Wonderfully composed!

"Croissez et multipliez", c'est ce que dit la Bible...Cette symétrie verticale puis horizontale, doublée, triplée, multipliée en ombres plus ou mois denses, mêle aux couleurs incandescentes des dégradés de gris qui s'égrènent comme des arpèges.Mais l'écho-reflet du lampadaire se brise dans l'eau, comme si cette LUMIERE-là avait vascillé.N'était-ce pas le signal prémonitoire d'un rêve déjà brisé lui aussi ?
