I was set to sail… they damaged my sail!
I was ready to enjoy the water, the sky, the space, the race… They banned me!!!!
I was ready for that race… they betrayed me!
I was innocent, they chained me!
I was dreaming BIG…! But…. Since……………

I am just a child with big dreams, they can't undertand it! they “Washed it out” and outta of reasons only They… Can xplain it!!

Left behind on the shore, dry… surrounded with big barriers, Big rocks… even pebbles seemed gigantic!!!!!!!!
now I am watching all the sails dreaming the sea, being close to the orange horizon, the wind, the blue…. and I am just motionless … broken sail and hearted… for one reason they think they're better! they think they Rule! ego! they think they can ban me! they think I am small… but Am I?!!!!!!!!!!!!! and for how long!!!
Dedicated to all the CHILDREN with big or small dreams who were banned from Sailing into their dreams for now …SMILE cuz with you here… this world will definitely be a better place... cuz eventually your wishes and dreams will come True! Cuz you’re real and pure! And you sound better and fresher…:)

Hi Suzy
very good composition
all so its very colorful
i like it

Hi Suzy,
Sadly, this is the only sort of boat I'd be able to afford right now, lol. Good shot, I like the warm colours you've added in. The curvy horizon is quite interesting, and the kids playing on the rocks are a bonus. Looks nice and sharp throughout, well composed too :).

TFS,
Scott.

Hi Suzy,
What a touchy scene and notes...vivid colors good using of rule of thirds

A little contribution from me:

There's nothing sadder in this world than to awake Christmas morning and not be a child. -E. Bombeck

Bitter are the tears of a child: Sweeten them.
Deep are the thoughts of a child: Quiet them.
Sharp is the grief of a child: Take it from him.
Soft is the heart of a child: Do not harden it.

Hi Suzy,
Great shot, I like the low POV and the details in the pebbles in the FG. The color saturation looks good I like seeing the kids having some fun. Looks like a great place.

Kevin

Hi Suzy
Beautiful light and coloured boat; and beautiful parable, that I wish to be understood by all.How could children be banned only by a tyrannical will ? Sure that cannot exist.A new rule of three:
Ne jamais faire de mal aux enfants
Ne jamais condamner les enfants en les mêlant aux affaires des adultes
Garder l'espoir que ce monde peut devenir meilleur.
Merci chère Suzy et à bientôt
Henri

Hi Suxy, I like this set-up which shows your ample creativity again. The red frame suits as it amplifies the subjet well. The horizon seems to have a slight bow, as if we can see the shape of the earth and i like the effect. TFS. Murray.

ciao Suzy..
really nice the title.. and it's an effective composition indeed! funny and tender capture
thanks
ciao Marco

Hi Suzy,
Nice shot, I love the way you have 'bowed' the horizon it adds a great perspective to the image. The colours are subdued and the DoF is excelent.
Have a good day.

Hi Suzy,
The image is beautiful and well composed. It looks like an HDR image or an image processed with Photomatix. There are many engaging and absorbing elements. The playful elements are well depicted, there is good depth. More importantly I share the sentiments expressed in your Note. Sad to see the current and sorry state of TL with the departure of some some friends we have gotten to know and love. My best regards.

Hello dear Suzy.
I see the world in small at your place, as the Horizon shows a rounding already, haha
Nevertheless, the picture with the little boat in front, together with your note makes it a very good and well said compostion.

dear Suzy,
this old and nostalgic ambience is very nice.
I especially like this your changed tone of colors.
maybe in our memories, like old printed photos, colors have been changing, as the memories' changing themselves.
digital photos do not change, it is sad...
but this is like old dream in fading and vivid colors.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hi Suzy,
Impressive capture of this backlit. The radiance of light makes the colors very interesting and unusual. Except for the small red boat. The photo tells a story, your note completes it with a good understanding of the childhood's dreams.
Very beautiful! Annie
