Hmmm... nice picture we have here. Only some thing bothers me. ALtough you have great opportunity to make this picture you probably didnt had the best conditions to do this. The lack of light caused some artifacts to appear on a darker part of picture. Also the sharpness isn't too good and the composition (you could crop to avoid 1:1 proportions between sea and land) Still: The colours are great here - even without the filter.

This picture makes good use of silhouettes to help us notice the elements you wanted us to see. In this case, we can't help thinking, "What a nice place to vacation!"
You could have cropped out the tiny bit on the right but it does not ruin the shot.

I like the composition but the shadows are dark and also the color is a little muted. Of course this is my opinion so I did a workshop on it . Please look at it and I hope you will like it.
