Hi Suzy,
Oh sorry to see this .. But I do have to say you have captured your feelings very well.... the de-saturation works very well... the capture of the wave just proves the destruction!

Hello dear Suzy.
Wonderful and very moody picture with this fotoscenic poort in front.
The bended 'steelwire'? , in front should have been cloned out.
Nevertheless, Bravo.!!!

Hello Suzy
Beautifully framed by the torn shelter, the sea looks defiant.
Excellent composition of what was,and your decision to use monochrome against color works well to give the collapsing building a sad look.
I like the fact that you left the fallen post, it adds to the look of destruction.
Well done

Great mood Suzy, but winter ended and now you will find the beach and this place as they were before and you will have another nice summer
Colours and contrast perfect for this mood
A bientôt

Hello Suzy,
I like this photo and your use of the roof (or what remains of it) as a frame through to the sea beyond. Excellent POV! Interestingly, your tones sem to match the mood this sad occasion must have created.
I agree with Selahattin (aka. tanburi) the diagonal bar in the FG is unfortunately distracting in this photo but still your photo is nonetheless appealing to me. Nice photo. :-)
Regards and TFS,
Martyn
