| Qatar is a logical stopping point for military flights to and from Afghanistan, as Iran hasn't given overflight rights (go figure). Qatar is always a welcome location while downrange, as even transient personnel qualify for the alcohol ration (3 drinks a day). The flags represent the coalition forces who operate in Qatar. |
