1. Duplicated background layer.
2. Cut the second layer (hand layer) using lasso tool.
3. Applied Gaussian blur to first layer.
4. Flattened layers.
5. Turned to monochrome by applying gradient map.
6. Adjusted color balance to achieve yellow tones.
7. Adjusted levels to darken a bit.

Don't be afreid ... maybe that woman ;)

This is a very sensual mood despite, or maybe because of the title. The interesting contrast between the sharpness of the hand with the rest of the composition is interesting.
Thank you very much for the information about the layering. I'm looking for this type of outline for layers accompanied by a photograph demonstrating the effects.
