I'm a big fan of HDR
this is a good example of where HDR is needed
Only suggestion is poss sky and tower still little OE (larger exposure range needed)

very good POV indeed, revealing many details and layers, but there is a spot on the top left corner... is it a detail or a light spot?

Since I dont know the thechnique of HDR I cannot comment on that subject. All I can do is appreciate the result. I find he composition very good and an almost perfect symetry. Lovely colors from a low sunlight. I wonder what's is the light spot in the upper left corner.
