these are all edible. it's a gift from shajahan (from bangladesh) to magz, for her birthday. well, it is a mixed colored-coated peanuts and colored pumpkin seeds. the colors are very attractive and inviting but it is a little bit salty and some of the coated-nuts were really hard to masticate.
didn't you know that:
Our food ranking system qualified pumpkin seeds as a very good source of the minerals magnesium, manganese and phosphorus, and a good source of iron, copper, protein, and as previously mentioned, zinc.
other health benefits of pumpkin seeds:
1. protection for men's bone
2. may promote protate health
3. anti-inflammatory benefits in arthritis
4. lowers cholesterol |

hi arlyn,
this image is out of focus. probably due to the nokia.
your intro states you have an olympus camera. i would stick to using that and not your 'phone.
brian
Hi Arlyn,
I agree with what trampas said in his critique. Using built in cameras of your mobile/cellphone is not a good idea. It can't take pictures very well. Looking at your shot here, it's a bit shaky because it might be of the motion of your hands. Plus it's even not sharp and the colors aren't that attractive. There are even grains that can be seen. It could have been attractive since it's colorful.
I suggest you use your camera and not the ones on your mobile/cellphone.
Anyway, just keep on shooting and learning.

well i do not agree with bothe previous friends who have suggested a good quality of camera. Its not alwyas thay half the glass is empty its half full also. You used your cell fone and capture the moment may be by the time you bring your camera its all gone so a picture taken well in time is worth thousnd off the moments. In this picture i like the textures of these nuts as i have seen the actual so i very confidentlly say these are exactly captured in true form,The colrs are soft and attractive too.The blurring foreground nuts are giving good look.Good use of light.its a very delicious presentation in total.TFS
