[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While I was living in Damascus I adopted first this chick, then this kitten (followed by two more kittens and finally a turtle -- there are stories to be told in that). From the first day, kitten and chick shared their meals as well as their space. Nature has dictated that there be a great difference between these two: greater than that between humans.
I know the quality of this shot is not the greatest because it's a scan. But I do hope the message comes through. Please see also the workshop for another view of the Peace-Keeping process.
Peace, Shalom, Salaam
Thanks for looking, Silke

This is so cute Silke.
I can appreciate the friendship between these two. I'm a huge animal lover and volunteer at our local Humane Society ( www.cochranehumane.ca )

I love the composition and colours here, it almost looks like a painting. The tongue sticking out of kitty is so cute.

Hi Silke
I agree the quality is not the best but the beauty of it still comes through its super cute the kitten and the chick are adorable.
Thanks for sharing my friend ;)

I dont see this happen with a Jude and a Palestinian.!
But they are too different.
Great shot and lovely story, Silke.

Hi Silke, nice shot and note. I like the play of light and shadows, and even the cat's tongue. I also like the other shot in the workshop. Both photos give an inspiring message of peace. The scan quality does not bother me; I think it makes the pictures look almost like paintings.

Thanks for sharing!

Hello Silke

whar a funny and lovely photo¡¡¡

congratulations

Hello Silke !

Not the best quality, maybe, but a very cute story and photos. Next time, should you try again, do not hesitate to crawl on the floor to get at there level, and choose a simple BG.

Humans are exactly the same. The only problem is they see and learn fast the bad attitudes of the adults....

Without being sarcastic, where is the chicken now ? (*_^)
Did it survive ?

Big smile will follow.
Keep on the good work!
Robert

Hi Silke,
I love this message in your beautiful picture. Even if the quality is not the best as you say, it is a picture that tells a story; a nice one! Thanks,
Claudine

Hello Silke! Great shot! Sweet little animals!
