Hi Ozcan,
Strange that this photo has not received any critique. The view of the coastline is very beautiful. I like how both coastline and road lead the eye to the hidden building. The surf adds a nice motion to the photo. A view things might need to be done differently. The horizon is centered and with a seascape like this its better to move it toward the 1/3 line. The sky looks a bit dull, I think that with adjusting levels on the sky, the clouds will contrast more with the sky. I am also not so sure about the thin green line in the frame, it looks a little strange in the areas where there is foilage.
