Nice mood and good POV. Nice light on the board of the man and the railways. A less grey ? (an other version in workshop, hope you like it).

Good photo, well composed, good placement of the figure on the rail and the vanishing point.

Good choice to make it b&w, eliminates the distraction of colour.
