[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Mudanya is one of the major ports in Marmara Sea.
The marketplace of Mudanya lies at two sides of main parallel avenues of the city. In this marketplace fishers sell daily fresh fish at their stands. At the small streets near the main avenues you can see the villagers selling grapes, figs that are gathered that morning.

At the coast of Mudanya there is a pedestrian way called Kordonboyu. Walk on this way from the dock and at the end you will reach an elegant mansion in which Mudanya Truce was signed.

At the back side of settlement, a forest of pine and oak trees denies the buildings spread further. There are some small bays near Mudanya. However, you can go these bays only by sea.
Raising olives is still the most important source of income of population in Mudanya. In addition to olive, agriculture of grape, fig, sun flower and onion is common at the near villages.

One of the means of livelihood in Mudanya is fishing. In addition to the motorboats, you can see the amateur fishers fishing at one of the docks.
