İÖ 530'da, Akropol'ün en yüksek yerine (236 metre yüksekte)kurulmuştur. Assos kalıntılarının en önemli yapısıdır. Dorik üslupta olmasına karşın, İyon üslubunun özelliği olan çatıaltı frizi vardır. Yanlarda 13'er, ön ve arkada 6'şar sütunla çevrili pepiteros planındadır (bir dizi sütunla çevrili).
