This picture lack contrast, and need some ajustements, you might want to pay attention to exposure..anyway i post it on workshop, and worked on it...hope you like.

As Atomas 59 mentioned in his critique ,i tend to agree with reajusting levels and straightening the horizon line as well.iI have also prepared a workshop to illustrate my views regarding your photo .

Hi Ahmet,

nice pic, especially with the bird in it, but the pic is tilted to the left more. I would have edited it to make it straight. Good work anyways.
